1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NestedDoc PDF Creator (“the Add-On”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Add-On.
2. Description of Service
NestedDoc PDF Creator is a Google Workspace™ add-on that allows users to convert Google Docs™ into PDFs, embed linked Google Docs™ as images within the PDF, save the PDFs to Google Drive™, and receive emailed copies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Add-On. By using the Add-On, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
4.1. Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account and subscribe to our services.
4.2. Responsibility for Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1. Pricing
- Monthly Subscription: $3.99 per month for unlimited PDF creations.
- Free Trial: A 7-day free trial with unlimited PDF creations.
5.2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
5.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Use of the Add-On
6.1. Permitted Use
You may use the Add-On solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Add-On in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Add-On or related systems.
- Use the Add-On to store, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Generated Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all your original documents. The generated PDFs are owned by you, but we retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services.
- Storage: Generated PDFs are stored in a dedicated “NestedDoc PDF Creator” folder in your Google Drive™ and emailed to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestedDoc PDF Creator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Add-On.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NestedDoc PDF Creator, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Add-On or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Add-On at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Add-On.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Add-On after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
