Allen App Tools is a software company based in Spokane, Washington. We provide software products and related services for businesses, including local-visibility, content, and analytics tools. Specific products may be governed by additional product terms or agreements; if a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject matter it covers.
2. Communications, Calls, and Text Messages
When you provide your contact information to us — for example, by submitting a form, requesting information, or becoming a customer — you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding your inquiry, your account, and our services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

- Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SIGNED AGREEMENT, OUR WEBSITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT, SEARCH RANKING, OR VISIBILITY OUTCOME.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLEN APP TOOLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITES OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allen App Tools, LLC and its officers and employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our websites or services for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11) survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our websites or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
