Web and mobile apps

Apps your team and your customers open every day.

Some problems need a screen of their own: a portal where customers check on their job, an app the crew uses at the site, a booking page that follows your real scheduling rules, or a product you plan to sell to others. We design and build them as web apps that run on any device, including ones your team can install on a phone and open like any other app.

What we build

Built for the people who use it.

The question that shapes every app is who opens it, where they are standing when they do, and what they need to get done in the next minute.

Customer portals

Clients sign in to see their jobs, documents, invoices, and what happens next, without calling the office to ask.

Field apps for the crew

Timecards, checklists, photos, and receipts captured on a phone at the job, and attached to the right job on the spot.

Booking and intake

Scheduling and intake forms that follow your actual rules, with every submission landing straight in your records.

Internal tools

The screens your office works in all day, laid out around your workflow instead of somebody else’s idea of it.

Products you can sell

Multi-tenant apps where each customer gets a walled-off space of their own, with separate sign-ins, data, and settings.

Installable on phones

Web apps that install to the home screen and open like any other app, with updates that reach everyone without an app store in between.

I love the app guide. That is so cool. That was like, okay, this is like app for dummies — which is perfect because plain English.

Sarah · Therapy Practice Software

How it works

Real software early, in your hands.

You use a working version of the app long before it is finished, and what you notice while using it shapes the next phase.

Step one

A 30-minute brainstorm

Who uses the app, what they need from it, and whether custom is really the right call for what you are after.

Step two

A plan in plain language

The app broken into phases, each with a fixed price quoted before any work starts.

Step three

Use it early

Phase one puts a working app on your own phone and computer, so feedback comes from real use rather than guesses.

After launch

Hosted and maintained

It runs on hosting accounts your company owns, with upkeep on an hourly contract as the app and your business grow.

A real one

From invoicing by hand to a product to sell.

Therapy practice billing

She was invoicing by hand. Now she has a product to sell.

She handled billing for a therapy practice and built every invoice by hand, in a spreadsheet template that chopped off long service names and pushed sessions onto a second page. She wanted more than a fix for her own afternoon: a focused tool other practices could use too. We built a multi-tenant web application where each therapist works in a walled-off space of their own, every total calculates itself, and every invoice comes out as a clean PDF that can be reviewed before it goes out. It is in production, and she describes month-end in it as fun.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked first.

Is it a web app or a mobile app?

Usually both, from a single build. The same app runs in a browser on a computer and installs to the home screen of a phone, so your team and your customers use whichever device is in their hand.

Will it be in the App Store?

Most of what we build installs straight from the web, which skips app store review and lets updates reach everyone at once. If a store listing is a hard requirement for you, raise it on the first call and we will be straight about the options.

Who owns the app and the data?

You do. The code, the database, and the hosting accounts belong to your company from the start, so the app is never held hostage to our relationship.

Can customers pay through it?

Yes. Invoicing and card payments can run inside the app, with each payment tied to the right customer and job.

Can it connect to the software we already use?

Often, yes. Connecting an app to the systems you already run is its own piece of work, covered under integrations.
