Welcome to Tickle Mailer (the “Add-On”), a Gmail™ add-on developed and operated by Allen App Tools LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tickle Mailer. By installing or using the Add-On, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Add-On

Tickle Mailer allows users to create and manage email sequences directly within Gmail, automating communication with selected contact groups. You may use the Add-On only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Tickle Mailer is offered as both a free and a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the “Manage Subscription” button at the bottom of the add on home screen.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. There may be occasional interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates. We are not liable for delays in sending emails caused by limitations or outages within Gmail, Google Apps Script, or Google’s APIs.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Tickle Mailer are the intellectual property of Allen App Tools LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of theAdd-On without written consent

You may uninstall Tickle Mailer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially if your usage violates these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your access to features may be revoked, and your stored data may be deleted.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website or inside the Add-On, and your continued use of the Add-On constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Tickle Mailer, including but not limited to email delivery failures, data loss, or user errors.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
